The Account Executive’s role is to significantly grow Advertising sales through new and existing accounts.
JPG Media is looking for candidates who are people-oriented, self-starters with desire to excel. The Company is growing fast and looking for hungry sales people to grow along with it. There is tremendous earning potential. Applicants must know how to develop leads, close deals, and build strong relationships.
• Grow sales with new and existing accounts.
• Start relationships with new advertisers.
• Offer creative solutions to drive customers business.
• Be able to identify customer needs and match our products to fill those needs.
• Meet and exceed personal and company goals.
• Ability to juggle numerous projects.
• Learn company Media Inventory and other Design + Printing services.
• Suggest methods for the company to grow and improve revenue channels.
• Regular client interaction.
• Networking (sometimes outside of regular business hours).
• Regular office attendance.
• Developing new sales opportunities and programs.
• Creative thinking and problem solving.
Energetic & self-motivated. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Customer Focus, Creativity, Flexibility, Detail-Oriented, Deadline-Oriented. Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Experience and Education
Minimum 2 years of advertising sales experience preferred.
Salary (DOE) + Commission + Sales Performance Bonuses
